Over the past decade consumers have been given access to an exponentially growing amount of "smart" devices, products and systems which are designed/intended to save us time and money or make things easier or fun. This change is happening at a rate never imagined. Change as fast and as impactful as this does have its growing pains, most of which are felt by us, the consumers.

 

As businesses compete against each other they try to make products that are better then the next, better than their competition and products that consumers will desire and purchase. Thats how businesses make money and it's been working for quite some time. However, with consumer devices now interacting with each other this model is missing something that the consumers not only want but they need- Empowerment

 

Consumer empowerment comes in many forms and every consumer has their own needs and ways to get this but it all is to answer basic questions like: Which product is good for me? What do I really need? Will it save me time? Will it save me money? Will it work with what I already have? Will I get what I pay for? Will I really use it? Do I have time to learn this? and many more questions like these.

 

So how do you get these answers? Each company can only answer questions about there own product and thats if you can even get a live person on the phone. This gap between companies and consumers is real and the gap seems to be getting larger and larger every day.

 

QuadDi Technologies was formed with the sole intent to fill this gap and get consumers empowered again.

 

In order for us to effectively and successfully fill this gap we went out to find out the root cause and the answer seemed surprisingly simple:

 

Each company makes products for many consumers. Each consumers has products from many companies.

 

We began to create a business model based on this understanding but something didn't feel right. If we help consumers how can we really be effective since every consumer is different. Each consumer has their own needs, budgets, time, technical expertise etc. If consumers are our customers then aren't we doing the same thing other businesses are doing by grouping people together and loosing the individuality? The answer is yes and is the reason, from the day you contact us, you are a client and not a customer.  is why we will never consider you a customer, you are a client resulting in the foundation of our companies culture, products and services to

 

Consumers needs are met with products or services that are molded to meet the needs of groups of people.

Clients needs are met with products or services that are unique for each person.
